We currently service five main areas of industry, namely engineering, construction, labour, assembly line, and stores.
We employ the workers who then work on your site under your instruction. We pay their wages weekly including ACC levies, holiday pay and special leave. You are invoiced weekly for the hours worked by each worker that you use.
After ascertaining your needs we begin a screening process that is stringent. Initially we screen candidates over the phone looking for our set requirements. If they meet these requirements we then arrange for them to attend an interview to find out more details about them.
After the interview we then do two verbal reference checks to verify the information that we have gathered. We believe that this screening process is very important. Past experiences have taught us that if any part of this process is overlooked the quality of the worker is compromised.
When you have one of our workers we contact you midway through their first day and then again at the end of their first week to ensure that you are satisfied.
